Create a landing/coming soon page

I need a vey professional and smooth landing page design to be created for the domain: [login to view URL] I need the page to notify users that the website will be coming soon and is under construction, and in the mean time to prompt users to fill in their information. Once prompted it must ask users first if they are a potential landlord or a tenant. If they select that they are a tenant please use these set of questions: [login to view URL] If they are a landlord we would only prompt for their e-mail address, telephone number, and name. Once they have filled in the sheets I would like for the information to be sent to my e-mail address, and if possible can we send them also a confirmation that we have received their details. I have uploaded the logo and an excel file showing the user journey. Please have a look. IMPORTANT NOTICE: I would need this page ready for Thursday so very quick turnaround time.
