Build a website using WP Rentals plugin and mySQL database (READ ALL DETAILS)

I have a envato themeforst template: WP Rentals - Booking Accommodation WordPress Theme + MySQL database I need a webpage configuration to run on a domain and be able to users to regist and login an add their property. I want to admin the users and properties on the backoffice, only standard issues from the template I want to admin. Like free text pictures and small things from the template. Configure to 5 languages google automatic translation I have: The wordpress template The web domain name The web server I need the freelancer to do: Built the webpage with my template - User will be able to register - User can upload the properties with pictures and descriptions( but ADMIN Need to approve it) - Customer will not directly contact to user (ADMIN will be on MIDDLE for all enquiries) -Admin can do all things including adding user,deletion user,modify property manange messagens -5 Languages translation google -Users; properties and messages must be protect from robot with same kind of captcha code - On the property details you have a google maps that can be configurated with the address from the property.
