Build a website for contractor scheduling

It's a mobile-friendly calendar for a construction company. Here's the initial ideas about the calendar: 1. Be able to assign predetermined jobs to the calendar. for example I have predetermined that building a wall takes 4 days. So I can say On January 1st, build a wall and it will automatically assign all 4 days on the calendar. Once added, it can also be edited. 2. If there is a rain delay, you will be able to click on the day and select rain delay, and it will automatically move all the jobs you select 1 day over. so if there are 3 days left on a project, it will move the 3 days over 1 day. 3. Be able to sync with google calendars 4. User login required 5. The ability to add different type of events (Scheduled Tasks, Milestones, Logged Delays, To Do with Due Dates, Punch List Items) and be able to sort and view these events 6. Easy to use and adjust dates by drag and drop 7. Define Time Frame (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly View) 8. Create projects and view the different type of events for just that project or all projects
