Analytics Platform for Banking

Senior UX / UI Designer (m/f) Location: Frankfurt, Stuttgart, London or flexible as long as occasional short travel is possible in Germany Role Description You will be leading the design of the front-end for the Razor Risk Platform that is used by financial services clients across the globe. The new web-based front end will be replacing the existing Windows rich client and utilise the web services architecture that has already been developed. There will be multiple phases – the first phase is expected to complete by the end of 2018 and will require close collaboration with users to ensure acceptance. Responsibilities: o Interview and observe the client to determine the most effective form of interaction and seamless workflows o Determine a cohesive style guide and consistent design language and ensure it is applied across the entire UI o Develop high level and/or detailed user flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and functional design o Quickly and effectively translate sketches and storyboards into low-definition wireframes o Design interfaces that can manage complex user interactions across the entire user journey o Agile approach o Incorporate efficiently customer insights, personas and experience maps to the design process o Present designs to all stakeholders in workshops and ensure feedback flows back into the design Skills, Experience and other requirements o Excellent understanding of the best practices in responsive design o Knowledge of Fintech industry o Work within challenging timelines o Knowledge of Financial Risk Management (nice to have) o Knowledge of developing web-based applications for B2B o Worked in an Agile delivery environment o Bi-lingual in English & German (nice to have) o Experience on wireframing tools like Mockplus, Adobe Experience, Obnigraffle, mockingbird, Moqups (nice to have) o Occasional Travel required to Germany (Stuttgart and/or Frankfurt)
