Joomla website changes

Dear Freelancers, I've got a Greek website, based on Joomla which needs a few changes on the platform itself and on the code behind it. There are quite a few things that I would like to be done, which are quite simple even for a semi-professional web designer. The link of the website is the following : [login to view URL] . 1. I have an https license which however is not active or it doesn't appear straight away, when someone types just the name stegasi-domisi.gr. So I would like this to be fixed. 2. Then, there are a few things that I would like to change on the starting page. If someone types on [login to view URL], [login to view URL], it has the name Αρχικη which I would like to be replaced with Στέγαση – Δόμηση | Νικόλαος Τσιουμπλεκτσής, without the menu tittle changing in the starting page. 3. For most of the website, I have the following problem. There is no gap between the background and the bar. So I would like the end of the space to have some more background (have more space between the sheet and the bar, in which the background can be seen). This problem appeared when I tried to change the 'copyrights code' and somehow the template stopped having this small gap. 4. After that, I would like all the links to exclude the .html suffix. Like this one [login to view URL] 5. As you have seen on the previous link, I am using ozio gallery. So I would like the ozio gallery by [login to view URL] to be removed and anything that might exist below the slides and pictures. 6. Then, as you will see in this link [login to view URL]%CE%BB%CE%B5%CF%85%CE%BA%CE%AC-%CF%83%CF%84%CE%AD%CE%B3%CE%B1%CF%83%CF%84%CF%81%CE%B1/category/[login to view URL] , I am using phoca gallery. First of all, I would like the RSS symbol and the Powered by PhocaGallery removed. 7. Again for the Phoca gallery, I would like all the pages to show all the pictures automatically, not just 20 as it is now. 8. For the last one concerning Phoca, I would like the picture to be on the centre of the opening window, without the user having to use the scroll bar, to see it properly. (A screenshot of that can taken on my computer, if you can't see what I am talking about in yours.) 9. For the link, containing all the Phoca links, I have the following problem. No matter what I do, the words that contain the links, are not aligned properly... This is a major problem, as it ruins the look of the website. So I need all of them, in a similar way that they are now 1 2 3 4 5 6 however without weird annoying spaces... 10. Now concerning the tab ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΑ, I need a nice contact form there, which will let users send e-mails to the following email : I had a contact form before (rapid form I think which I deleted because it was looking nice at all (bad shape, size etc) (details will be given later) 11. I was using a google analytics program, until it stopped producing any analysis even if the site had quite a few visitors. I can provide you my analytics code after you get the job. 12. I would like all my code/files to be checked for proper robots, meta tags and other function errors. I want some small seo concerning the links, bad code, wrong changes that I've made (so I want most of my joomla index , php and css files checked and repaired). This is one of the main tasks and I require a report for this one. 13. Finally I would like a facebook fanpage visit and facebook page like buttons on the ΕΠΙΚΟΙΝΩΝΙΑ page. (details will be given later) If you think that you can complete all of these, then bid on this project. The amount of money I offer for this job, is 50£-65£ as it is quite easy to be completed. I will judge based on experience and the money you ask for this project. If you bid for 55£ and you do a quite good job, then there will be a bonus for you (+10£).
