Mobile Application Website and Logo Design(repost)

We are looking for a professional web designer to design our web site. The main goal of the site is to get the user to download the mobile application on its various versions (Android, iPhone, Windows Phone, Symbian and Blackbarry). The website's landing page should contain a short description of the application in the center as well as more detailed description bellow. The website should also contain the following pages: About us, contact us and Become an Affiliate page. The landing page should contain a link to the pages mentioned above as well as link to our blog and a link join our affiliate program. Our logo should be friendly, elegant and clear. The delivery should contain a Photoshop images of each page. The images should contain layers of each element used inside the design (so we could easily extract it for the development itself). We also want unlimited revisions.
