easy job - quick logo edit for Holiday Greeting Card...

This is a two part job, both very basic projects. I need this asap and will be picking the designer within 24 hours. This won't take the designer long, let's keep the bids on track. **** PART ONE - Basic image/logo re-work... I need the attached ([login to view URL]) image/logo to be edited for use on a holiday greeting card. The image requires three (3) basic edits, see attached ([login to view URL]) for more details... 1 - Decorate the "monitor" / "screen" with large bulb style Christmas lights (colored green red, and possibly blue). The lights can hang or wrap around the "monitor". See the attached examples if you're not sure what I mean by "large style bulbs" or "Christmas lights". 2 - Hang / Wrap Christmas evergreen garland along/around the black line that divides the logo/image. See attached examples if needed. 3 - Add large snowflakes (not too many, not overwhelming) to the background of the image. The greeting card background is white, please design the snowflakes so that they will be visible when printed on white background cardstock. I'll provide the designer with the .eps and/or .psd file for the company image/logo, it should make the job quick and easy. The greeting card is approximately 7 7/8" W x 5 5/8" H, please create the image with that in mind. The printing company requires that the image be HI Resolution and AT LEAST 300dpi. Also we must not use more than four (4) colors. Green, Red, Black, Blue. Designer is to provide me with the completed design in .psd and/or .eps format. **** PART TWO - Animated image I need the attached ([login to view URL]) image/logo to be edited for use as an animated holiday greeting card (sent via email and/or used on a web site). It should be the same image design as above, but animated with flashing lights, snowflakes, etc. I'd like to incorporate the words "Happy Holidays!" in the animated image. File formats can be gif, etc. Designer is to provide me with all completed files. I retain full rights to the images, files, and copyrights.
