I am eagerly seeking an expert in food history, specifically one with deep knowledge and research experience in Middle Eastern culinary traditions and recipes. My focus primarily lies in the Levantine region, covering Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, and Syria. I have 150 authentic ancient middle eastern recipes headnotes that need to be enhanced and improved with more historical input I am basing a lot on medieval 10 Th century manuscripts like the Cailphs kitchen Al warraq. Someone like Charles perry. I have a completed proposal and most of the upcoming book is wriiten. I have a publisher and seeking a ghostwriter to expand on my work and edit the copy. It is a historical, cultural cookbook. I am working in google sheets and drive all my information can be mutually shared Requirements * I need someone who can provide extensive data on ancient recipes and ingredients as well as the historical traditions and customs.
