Gambling review site

I would like the ites on the main page to be pulled form the top rated by the visitors of the site. I would like it so that when I add any site other than a poker forum it would display 2 screen shots that i can upload from the admin panel. Along with a review for the site I can add. The first screen shot would be the one added to the main page if the site is rated at the top by the sites viewers. I would also like a link that the if they click the image for the site it will take them to that site. I would alos like a button that says visit website that will aslo that them to the site. on all the review pages I add i would like it to have a voting system so visiters of the site can vote on them I would like it so they could only vote once for a each site in a within a 24 hour period to stop cheating. On the poker, casino, bingo reviews page i would like it to display each site I have added a review for. It would show the rating for each site the name of the site that would also be a link to the site and a link to read the full review. As for the forum review I would like this to be added by members that would like to add thier forum. This would contain a brief discription of the site and a 468X60 banner. If a visitor adds his forum I need it to provide him with a text link and a banner link to add to his site as a link back to my site. on the forum review page i would like the same items displayed as the other review pages. Then each forum would also have thier own review page with thier discription and banner displayed. On the main page I would like the 2 top rated Poker sites on top. One top rated Casino, Bingo and Forum also listed on the main page.. I would like each site rated on the overall rating by viewers of the site 1-10. I would like them to be displayed with a screen shot the sites rating with a visit the site link and a link to the full review. Link to the site and a section for the site description. I would also link the members to be able to submit a site in the forum category only. That would let them add a banner and short review for their forum. This would also provide them with a link back to us that would have to be on their site. Like a link exchange. So the main menu would only have the links below Home Poker reviews Casino reviews Bingo reviews Forum reviews Submit your forum Under the menu I would like a section for 125x125 banners for the site sponsors.
