I am looking for an expert flash designer who can do technical writing for a flash, which is a demo simulation of a device. The flash consists of fla and active script files, the developer will have to write sown the entire sequence of the file loading, and functions in simple text. The process should include the loading sequence of files, and then the internal functionality of each file. The end documents should be able to be used to create the software in a different platform but with all the functionalities.
