Flash Banner design (728x90)

Hi, I would like a Flash Banner size 728 x 90 We are a vehicle sales company and have designed our own custom vehicle which we are advertising on this banner. It would be sent by us to a webmaster of a forum site and the banner would need to be made to click through to our website. I will provide the text, company logo and image of the vehicle to be included on the banner. I will also provide you with the last banner design we approved - although this one will be a different style. I have given 2 examples below of what I'd like the vehicle to do. These are for reference only. The introduction and size isn't applicable - just what the vehicle does. On these flash templates there is a static car and a light moves across the car - this is what I am hoping you will be able to do on the image of a vehicle I give you. I am looking for a banner that catches the eye and I have a strict budget to work with. Thankyou to all who respond.
