Social Media All-Star - Quick Hire

We want a positive person that can build a great social media presence. We're happy to train - but in our experience you MUST have an active personal profile yourself / show great results from campaigns you've managed. So let us know: 1. How experienced are you in driving real engagement across social media? (show proof/provide stats - personal accounts or business) 2. What are the biggest lessons you've learned in managing social media accounts? 3. Which platforms you have experience with (FB, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram - Pinterest and Snapchat not as relevant now, but will be in the future.) You must have: * A-E as noted above * EXCEPTIONAL grammar. * Ideally you'll have experience with Social Media Software (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.). Tell us what you've used for reporting. Apply with your custom proposal and show us your work/portfolio. Attach accounts you manage and your personal social media accounts. Include the last book you read at the top of the proposal. If you don't have social media accounts yourself - what makes you really believe you can be the best at helping others with their campaigns? Next steps: After you apply we'll send you a message to see what it'd be like to have you as a marketer. We'll give you three industries for potential clients. We'll ask you to create 3 Facebook posts, Twitter messages and Google + posts for each industry to see what you feel would drive the most traffic. The person we believe would get the most engagement from the posts/clicks -> wins the job. (There will be multiple hires.) We will also ask a few questions after awarding the position to get a sense of your writing ability.
