We are looking for an Administrative Assistant / Assistant Bookeeper to assist in all facets of our accounting department. This is a full-time, entry level position with favorable growth potential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment and have: • Strong written and verbal communication • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities • Ensure accurate processing and recording of all payroll transactions • Preparation of bi-weekly payroll to be submitted to • Printing of checks for all clients and drop at the post office • Prepare payroll data and run reports, Cut checks, scan all documents and maintain filing • Review payroll reports and distribute paychecks • Distribute paychecks on a bi-weekly basis. Requirements: • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel • Excel - must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets with basic formulas • Word - must be able to create and maintain word documents • Able to work on confidential items and maintain a level of professionalism • Needs to have the ability to work on several different projects. Hello, I have just checked out your project details and it interests me as relates my academic qualification and professional experiences. I have more than 6 years experience working on different administrative & IT positions in national & international organizations. I have learnt Accounting at graduate level and proficient in Ms Office standard applications viz. Ms Excel (advanced level), Ms Word & PowerPoint with 45 wpm typing speed. A few of my skills are enlisted here: 1. Ms Excel (advanced) 2. Ms Word 3. Accounting & Book Keeping (Graduated in Commerce) 4. Fluent in English (learnt it as a Second Language) 5. Data Management. 6. Data Entry/typing at 45 wpm speed. I will provide my services at $381 for the project involving 6 days (proposed initially). I will feel pleasure if you can answer a few questions below before we start working: 1. As you explained it is full time job, so how many days/hours per week will be required for the job?? 2.
