Hi There, Thanks for reviewing this job. We are an e-commerce company, selling heavy machinery parts mainly in the US. We are seeking for someone to work with us for data entry work that involves some researching and bookkeeping. The job will entail 1. Checking prices of parts from different websites and entering manually in excel. 2. Updating different columns of excel. 3. Research Work We are looking for someone to stay with us long-term. Though you will start as manual contributor, the selected is expected to advance within the company ranks, such as advancing to sales, customer service, management, project leadership, etc. This is very simple job and you must have the following attributes 1. Excellent English communication skill. 2. Excellent typing skills (We will invite you to take a typing speed test) 3. Familiarity with excel. 4. Tech friendly and excited about using new software and tools. 5. Good headset & internet speed 6. Willingness to learn and a positive attitude Please apply if you are interested. imd1 - nice license plate customization ;). I spent 7 years doing books for a heavy construction company (roads, bridges, mainly government work), so I am familiar with price checking and research. I do reside in North Idaho, so I would need an internet position. I have no problem doing team viewer, I am proficient with Quickbooks, Excel, and most MS Office programs. I have a small business (plenty of time for another part time position now that it runs most of itself), so I understand bookkeeping as well as internet research and data entry. I am a quick typist, although my 80+ wpm may have decreased with technology.
