Excel VBA Magician Needed

Hi guys, I have attached one excel file includes two tabs. About the first tab -> these tables represents two different items. Sales price (A2) is the first item sales price we sell. Then in the first table, it shows the vendors that we can source the first item. Same story for the second table. I want it to create me all the combinations of the vendors for both items. For example, Item 1 – Item 2 Vendor 1 – Vendor 1 Vendor 1- Vendor 2 Vendor 1-Vendor 3 … ** Important notes -> The number of vendors varies. Let's say I want to paste my table starting from A5. But the number of vendors changes. You should take the last raw. But it should not be that straightforward. There are some considerations below; 1. If MOQ – qty ordered > 5 Then do not consider that vendor at all. Don’t add this vendor to vendors combination. 2. If Min $ Order – Total Sales > 50 Then do not consider that vendor at all. 3. If stock < qty ordered Then do not consider that vendor. Take all the vendors that meets the conditions above and create the combination in another tab. Combination table is also attached. I want to fill the total cost, ship points, ship days, information. It would be great if it can be done in 4 hours. Thanks
