excel macro merge sheets

I need a macro merging excel sheets. The sheets have some "fixed columns" which have the same data headlines through all sheets . Then there are columns E:{varying by sheet - up to several hundred}. Some of these column headlines overlap, i.e. they have the same name, but these names may be within different columns, such as "book..." is in column G in sheet1, and "book..." is in column L in sheet2. What the macro shall do when merging the sheets: copy the entries of sheet 2 below sheet 1, sort the columns E:[{varying by sheet} below that, whereas the same headline appears below the same headline, such as "book" now all in column G. Headlines which appear in the second sheet but are nonexistent in the first sheet shall be added at the right of the columns of sheet 1. So in case sheet 1 contains columns E:G (3 columns), and sheet 2 contains E:L (eight columns), with only the "book..." column overlapping, the new sheet shall have columns A:D (fixed) and then column E:F with data from sheet 1 only, column G with "book..." data from both sheets, and columns H:N with data from sheet2 The macro shall have the possibility to merge more than one sheet as well, so in case of e.g. three sheets, merging sheet 1&2 first, and then the results of this "temp" sheet are merged with sheet 3.
