I am an Industrial Engineer and I have been working within different industries always with the reingineering and optimization approach, mostly, using Excel and Access applications. Recently, I developed a spreadsheet in which it was able to receive data from operators, in relation with working hours, and simultaneosly it was able to calculate the different type of hours. At the end of the month, all the operators spreadsheets were sent to payroll with all the calculations already done. These calculations were done manually before with high margin errors and risk in relation with legal implications. It was developed for Halliburton company, oil service company.
