I have attached an EXCEL spreadsheet that I would like to have converted into a custom object in Salesforce -- I want the custom object to load off of a custom tab in the Enterprise Edition of Salesforce.com. I have also attached a WORD document that lists all of the minimum requirements for the final deliverable. The ability to allow the administrator to select the background/text/line colors is the only "optional" item. I would prefer that all bids show the "optional" item separately as a cost item. If you are not going to bid on the "optional" item show your quote as "N/Q" for "No Quote." I will pay 100% of the cost of the project after we have successfully loaded and tested the custom object in our sandbox.
