Write-Up on a Stock Indicator

I would like someone to finish the write-up I started. The write-up is in regards to a stock indicator. There is a reading which describes exactly how this indicator works and exactly how it is calculated. I am having trouble making it through the entire reading. I get stuck on page 4 of the attached reading.
