I’m looking for someone to help me draft an email to some clients of mine asking for feedback and some benefits of using our services. The goal is to get some positive feedback and real world data that we can then relay to potential clients. This will help them come up with their own ROI on the software we provide. If you are interested I think it would take 1-3 hours to complete. Something like: We value you as a client and we would appreciate any feedback you would be willing to share with us. Can you let us know where the system is most beneficial to you? Possibly saving X hours per week, process improvement, communication improvement, speed of troubleshooting issues? What can we do better for you?
