Much work to do! Licensed WA State Engineer with stamp needed to verify specific items on residential drawings I design. Drawings range from a door install, room addition, to an entire house. Simple stuff. I do all calc, you review and stamp the necessary drawings. I prefer a long term relationship that can work with me. I don't need to reinvent the wheel. Would want to send docs electronically. Amount of work varies from zero to a 6 drawings per month. PayPal, check or cash for work done. Once established terms would be setup.
