Chart Generator of pairs in average

I need a program that can collect the data of a website, if not I can give you the data, but obviusly will be more cheap the program, and I'll give you another list where will be all the "macro" news data, each macro data means something in the correspondating pair, so depending of the date of that data, you'll have to select an interval of 8 hours and do a chart with the another datas
