PRIOR TO BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT PLEASE NOTE: I will not award 1 Milestone for the Full Job- I will Award 3 Milestones each totaling 1/3 of the total project. In order to get the next milestone, you must show me what you have completed to date. I will release the final Milestone Payment upon receipt of the completed project, not before. This is an absolute condition not subject any discussion- if you bid on it this is how you will be compensated. Please review the attached files and instructions on how this project must look. Note there are elevations that must be detailed along with inlet and outlet piping sizes and heights. This must be able to meet requirements of a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect's approval to be stamped for submittal. If any changes need to be made to meet this criteria, you are unconditionally obligated to meet this requirement prior to final payment and if you refuse to make the corrections, you are hereby waiving your final payment. The goal is to have a 100% completed CAD drawing at a professional level. This project should be +/- 10 hours. The award is $300 maximum. Thank you for your consideration. Max
