Qmail /Vqadmin Problem, cant fix need some help.

Hi and thanks for looking at my request. Im getting an error message when trying to access vqadmin web application. ================ vQadmin was unable to determine your username, which means your webserver is improperly configured to run with this CGI. For security reasons, this script will not run without Apache htaccess lists. vqadmin 2.3.6 vpopmail 5.4.13 ==================== Ive been trying to fix this problem for weeks and just cannot get it done. So I came here for some help, to either fix the problem or guide me in the correct direction. ## Deliverables 1)To have fixed or helped me fix the problem I'm having with the server as mentioned above, not expecting this problem to be fixed in 5 minutes. 2)To help me run some tests and hopefully everything is working as it should be with the mail server and the domains I'm about to put on this server. I'm new to Mail systems with linux so some advice on that part would be marvelous. 3) train about the issue, cause and solution. ## Platform Linux Fedora 20
