Design and Prototype a PCB SMD LED Light

Design a PCB circuit with a working voltage of 220V AC or 12V DC based on the attached layout of SMD LEDs. Power of the SMD LED: 0.5W/led.
CW1 and CW2 will have two seperate on/off switches light seperate or simultaneously.
Gerber file, Layout plans, component list and Prototype Circuit with aluminum base will be produced and shipped to postal address.
Initial milestones will be created for layout and gerber file submission.
Final milestone will be released after receiving and checking the products.
SMD led assembly could be done. (optional)
Remote control circuit could be added.(optional)
