Automatization of Espresso Machine - Arduino

Instructions for the Espresso Machine: * Diagram is needed to make connections. -Arduino UNO -Relay -I2C LCD display 20x4 -LED lights -Keypad 4x4 or two 1x5 (prefferably) -Buzzer (beep) -Gicar 1/4" Standard Flowmeter -Temp/Humidity sensor (DHT11) just to show information on display. When unit power up: -Display show boot screen. (10 seconds). -L1 Delale -L2 Starting System (Blinking) -L3 Delale -L4 Delale When on stand by (awaiting orders): Display must show Screen A for 5 seconds, then screen B for 5 Seconds.(loop) Screen A: -L1 Delale -L2 Ready to brew (make this line blink) -L3 Select cup size -L4 And drink type Screen B: -L1 Temp 28 C -L2 Humidity 48% -L3 Message 1 -L4 Message 2 Making selection: - Make a beep each time a button is pressed. A= Simple (one cup on one faucet) B= Doble (two cups on one faucet) multiplies the drink x2 (ml) #= Enter Display: -L1 Starting... -L2 03 (countdown, drink will have a 3 second delay before starting 3..2..1... activate relay) -L3 Mediano (this is the name of cup; blinking) -L4 Cafe Solo (name of drink; blinking) When dispensing: - Start a timer on display until the drink is done. Display: -L1 Cafe Bono (title) -L2 25 secs (counting up until drink is done) -L3 Mediano (this is the name of cup; blinking) -L4 Cafe Solo (name of drink; blinking) When dispensing is finished: - Blink and beep 3 times the total from the dispensing timer. Cup sizes: Cup name (for Display) Cup 1 = 78ml Corto Cup 2 = 140ml Jarrita Cup 3 = 208ml Taza Cup 4 = 240ml Chico Cup 5 = 360ml Mediano Cup 6 = 480ml Grande Drink types: Drink name (for display) Drink 1 = 10% Lagrima Drink 2 = 30% Cafe c/ Leche Drink 3 = 60% Cortado Drink 4 = 90% Cafe Solo If there is room we could use 3 more drinks. Drink 5 = 50% Miti Miti Drink 6 = 40% C/c Leche Fuerte Drink 7 = 70% Cortado Fuerte -------- - Cancel/Stop button. Define a button to cancel or stop the drink selection/dispense if needed. LEDS: I want one LED: When on standby: Blink slow. When dispensing: Blink fast.
