We supply health snack foods on eBay. We need our ZOHO CRM to sync with eBay & PayPal in real time to automate the processing flow from inventory control to delivery notice printing, etc. We plan to use OneSaas to accomplish the integration. We have around 20 items to list on eBay. 1) CRM Customization a. Products fields - include product cost, selling price, shipping cost, re-order level, ebay fees, paypal fees, insertion fees on ebay, etc. b. Purchase orders form c. Price book 2) The following items from eBay sales are uploaded to our CRM with manual validation: a. Sales orders b. Contact info c. Invoices 4) Have the ability to generate reports from CRM for eBay sales (we need to see sales by region and by date). 5) Customer data automatically uploaded to Zoho CRM: -Name -Address -Company -Phone -Email -Items purchased -Amount purchased -Feedback they gave -Ebay message conversations (needs to include the whole conversation so that we see their questions and our responses) 6) VIP buyer database for those who order over a certain amount. We need to be able to change this amount at any time. 7) Auto feedback to the buyers with CRM feedback database related to the products they purchased so they know what other customers are saying. 8) All data must sync real time, we do not want to enter data manually or modify it periodically except for the items listed in #2. ATTENTION PLEASE: -You must be experienced with eBay API & integration. -You are expected to apply eBay developer tools to achieve the requirements. -Please be ready to offer proofs of past projects you completed similar to this one. -After this project we will discuss Amazon, Aliexpress etc. integrations.

Hello, 1. The Zoho CRM custom modules can be built. 2. The EBay API to be used for developing the custom functionality required. 3. Automate the processing flow - inventory control - deliverry notice printing 4. The auto update maynot be possible however you can pull in the ebay data from the zoho crm custom module. 5. Sales Order, Contacts, Invoices - to be pulled in from ebay to zoho. 6. CRM customization include: Purchase orders, Price book - Can you provide more explanation on what exactly you need in this section ? 7. Reporting in CRM for ebay sales - can you provide more details on the reporting format and the data that goes into the reporting ? 8. Please explain about the Fifth point (Customers data automatically imputed from previous sales & future sales, including contact details address, name, email, phone, company, what they bought, how many, & what feedback they left ) 9. CRM feedback database for products to have auto feedback to the buyers. 10. VIP buyers database to be maintained separately in Zoho CRM. 11.
