Need Print Book scanned / OCR into eBook (.ePub and .mobi)

I need to have a print book scanned and digitized into a professionally produced .epub and .mobi file for sale on the eRetail sites like Amazon and Apple. The final work product needs to be an error-free electronic file in both .mobi and .epub formats that is upload ready and passable at eRetail sites. I will provide a new Hardback copy of the book, which you will obviously have to cut and destroy to scan the pages to produce it. You do not need to return the book. I will be mailing it from Canada, so while I am theoretically open to any provider, I am unlikely to be willing to mail this half way around the world and incur the time delay and extra expense, so I am guessing the most likely partner would be US or Canada based. But I will leave that to you. This was a traditionally published book (by a big six firm), which I now own the copyright / publishing rights to, and so I am republishing the book digitally. The content of the 288 page book is perfect. The only proofreading copy-editing you will have to do will be that which is generatied by the scanning process. For example, I'm sure that will produce some hyphens in words that will have to be re-connected when the text becomes flowable for .epub / .mobi The first letter of each chapter (from an enlarged font) will also have to be re-keyed. I will provide a few small changes to the copyright page to reflect the new status, and I will also provide the digital version of the new cover. This is a fairly straightforward project print to digitization process. I will be happy to pay a small milestone to start the process, but I don't expect to pay the full fare, until I've received a completed work product --- which I'm defining as the completed book in both .mobi and .epub in ready to upload / saleable condition, with all of the features that that entails. So obviously, you would need access to a scanner that can handle the job, and the OCR (optical character recognition software) that can be used to receive / transform the text from the pages, so you can make the text flowable for ebook. I am a publisher with a new firm, and will have many similar projects like this on an ongoing basis. Some will be digitizing from print books. Others I will have a word doc and/or PDF to make the job easier. So I am looking for a long-term relationship or two that I can return to easily. My previous primary service provider has become too unresponsive and slow to meet my ongoing schedule needs. If this is a good job for you, I would love to receive your bid. Thank you!
