Django REST framework developer for music app

I am building a music app for teachers to manage students and assign homework. I need someone familiar with Django REST framework to help work on the API to add new functionality. For this project, I want a developer to add one big feature: 1. Allow students to book lessons with teachers. Goals * Allow students to see teacher calendar (busy or free) and if free, book a lesson * Allow students to modify an existing lesson or schedule a new one (or to cancel one) * Allow teachers to see a calendar of all lessons they have each month (or requests from new students) Booking system 1. Use Google Calendar API (to handle most server-side work) and connect to user’s Calendar, create new calendar for us 2. Let teacher set working schedule (days of the week and working hours) 3. Make API + web-form - to create new lessons and save to teacher calendar 4. Allow teachers to make recurring events (say a weekly lesson with student) 5. Use API to send lesson reminders to student 6. Make API to show if teacher is free or busy 7. Make API let student request to change or cancel lesson 1. This should go to a “pending” page, so teacher has to confirm a change 8. Use google calendar embedded or api to show a calendar for teacher showing all appointments 9. Custom cancellation policy - Let teachers set policies around cancelling, so students within allowed time frames may cancel (or reschedule for free), or if a teacher desires be shown the $ fee for cancelling too late 1. Ex, cancel within 24 hours and pay 50% fee. 2. Cancel before 24 hours for free 10. Track billing - teachers can enter a lesson price in each event, and the API calculates amount owed each week or month for each student and shows in a table or graph
