Delete a protected registry key with Delphi

Please see attached a simple application made with Delphi 10 that deletes either a registry key or a registry entry. Attached is also a screen capture video of using the app. The problem: Windows registry keys can have access control defined to them. That is, certain users are denied access to a registry key. For example, if we create registry key "hkey_classes_root\test\" using Windows RegEdit and then Right Click the "test" key, and choose "permissions" and deny access to this key from all users, the key can no longer be accessed or deleted by normal Delphi code. However, with RegEdit, the key can still be deleted by simply Right Click -> Permissions and giving your account the permission to access the key and it can be deleted again. Solution: Edit the given sample Delphi app using Delphi 10 (or compatible) in a way that the app is able to delete a registry key even if the key is protected by the method discussed above, AND the app is able to delete a registry entry inside such key and after the operation the key's original protection (i.e. user rights) must be restored. The solution must be made in a way it is compatible with Delphi 10.2 and it must run and work in Windows XP to Windows 10.
