Data Collection and Wordpress Entry

Hi I have a very simple project which I do not have time to complete. I have a website which links peoples to car owners manuals and I need around 500 new manuals added to this site. If you are doing it manually it probably takes around 2 mins per entry but perhaps someone out there knows how to automate it and could get it done quicker, either way I'm not worried. You will need to get the links to all owners manuals from the Mercedes and Ford websites [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and then enter them into my wordpress site. I estimate that there is around 500 manuals (for all years) on those sites, but check them out yourself so you know how many you're doing. For each manual you will need to make a new post with the following information Title - Year Make Model - Eg 2010 Ford Focus Description - Year Make Model Owners Manual Guide - Eg 2010 Ford Focus Owners Manual Guide Then add two custom fields Download - The link to the manual Title - Year Make Model Owners PDF - Eg 2010 Ford Focus Owners PDF Then file it under the relevant category and publish. Simple!
