Hi there! My name is Cecilia Mercado and I’m the founder of Intelligent Media Marketing. I'm also into vegan fitness, looking to build a business soon for vegans! I’m looking for a virtual assistant who can help me during the week for an average of 1–2 hours per day, ideally long-term. MUST speak great English. You’ll be doing a variety of tasks, including: 1. Creating lists of and contacting top bloggers in our industry. 2. Helping me with personal tasks (e.g. scheduling mtgs, booking travel, etc…) 3. Finding & scheduling content to go out on Instagram/ Twitter / Facebook 4. Doing a variety of other tasks (must be comfortable trying new tasks often) 5. Do research about topics related to entrepreneurship, vegan fitness, digital marketing, social media marketing, business. 6. Creating emails for autoresponders(this will be once a month) 7. Posting blogs on my personal website and more. If you are a good fit, there is room to grow in the position. I’m looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable and positive. I utilize Google Calendar to help myself get organized on my tasks (even personal ones). My hourly rate is $8 per hour and I can work for 2 hours between 8am to 10am (PST) OR 3pm to 5pm (PST) with you. I am willing to change my working hours to yours as I develop more into the role.
