Needs to hire 9 Freelancers Microsoft is looking for several translators with expert mastery in Word, Excel and PowerPoint products to help localize 3 simple templates (one of each: Word, Excel and PPT), 1 complex template (Excel) and the metadata file that goes along with them into the 9 languages below. The freelancer will be provided with English language templates and will be expected to both translate them and adjust layout based on the Microsoft specifications. Freelancers should be using the Microsoft Office products in their native language and use the UI as reference. The Microsoft language portal can also be used as a secondary reference: [login to view URL] Here is an example of some of the things the freelancer would be asked to check for: Templates have the same functionality as the source Layout of the pages is the same as the source Templates have no overlaps, truncation or misalignments Embedded items are localized and work Freelancers will also be asked to provide a screenshot per final document to be featured on the Microsoft webpage.
