Scrape website to build datataset (WorldFact Book)

I need a dataset from R to be saved and sent to me in a different format. I don't really use R. What I need is the CIA WorldFact Book data in an Excel/CSV/dta format so I can use it in Stata. The WorldFactBook is put out every year by the US government and gives basic facts aobut each state, such as geography, total borders, population, etc. I need this for a project to predict military spending (DV). One of the IVs is the proportion of sea borders a state has relative to total borders. I definitely need the total length of each country in the world's total borders (so, for the US, this includes borders with the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, borders with Canada and Mexico). These are already formatted into a column. Then there is the total sea border column I really need. This is how much of your border is with the ocean (so, for the US, total length with teh Pacific, Atlantic, and Gulf of Mexico). This is already in a column. Preferably, this should be organized by country-year (one row for each country for each year, going back as far as possible-CIA WorldFactBook started in 1962-not sure how far back the R data goes). What I need is this data in version I can read. I can do the proportion building myself.
