Implement a self-sustaining process (Excel, Macros) and help me implement that on an On-going basis

Looking to hire a freelancer with expert level understanding and experience of Excel (Macros) to establish a new process of receiving invoice, tracking payments and implementing a response system for the fulfilled orders. You are: 1. Highly talented with Excel 2. Seasoned professional who understands either supply chain/supplier invoicing process. 3. Strong work ethics- Someone who needs minimal supervision and self driven. Responsibilities: 1. Need to brainstorm a process, implement a process document and establish a working macro to handle all data. 2. Work and provide expected project updates.
