Data gathering and detailed intelligence

Need to gather, analyze, interpret and put into a document (complete with footnotes, sources etc.) of: Canadian & USA companies looking to expand globally into new International market in MENASA (Middle East North Africa South Asia): 1) Costs associated with entering; - actual physical costs of travel, hotel, meals etc. - cost of hiring 1 or 2 Business Development / Sales people for that market - actual dollar cost of each item / each country 2) Time needed to successfully enter into this market / region; - How many International trips etc to establish a local business partner - How long to establish a local Agent / Distributor / Joint Venture Partner etc. - How many months / years to establish a local office in the country An example of all the above would be: - A Canadian Medical Device company with an established, fully commercial medical device product, selling in Canada / North America - Company looking to sell into / establish a relationship (Agent / Distributor / JV partner etc.) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates - How long would this take, what is the cost (how much money???) etc.
