Cold-calling, lead generation, appointment setting - Spanish Freelancers

We need a freelancer to contact companies to present who PCCI is and qualify the prospect based on a number of factors to assess whether the company would be an interesting company to target and to schedule a meeting. Approx 150 contacts to reach Tasks to be executed & requirements: - The freelancer would mainly be making calls to a list of companies (phone numbers will be provided) to get answers to a list of questionnaire - In some instances, the person called is not the right person. In this case, the freelancer is to ask for the name of the right person and his/her contact number or to be transferred to him/her. - The freelancer may need to conduct some research (online, phone calls, LinkedIn) to find key info on potential clients – e.g. business activities, size, names/contacts of key decision makers. - Other related requirements – such consolidating answers obtain from phone calls, synthesizing challenges faced during calls, etc. - The freelancer will be mentored by PCCI’s sales team and management - PCCI is providing the solution to make the calls (no cost supported by the freelancer to make the calls). NB: the freelancer just need to have a good internet connection speed Qualifications & Skills: - Must poses high level of confidence and ability to engage with mid and senior level management to collect info during a phone call. - Highly comfortable doing ‘cold calls’. Doesn’t shy out or hesitate in overcoming resistances during phone calls. - Tenacity and perseverance to get to the needed info or find his/her way to connect with the relevant person at the potential client. - Action oriented, self-starter with go-getter spirit and drive to hit numbers. - Good online research skills. - Clear and crisp verbal and written English and Spanish skills – with neutral accent - High attention to details - Must be computer literate - Preferably, someone familiar with call center environment. - Preferably, someone familiar with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience - Languages: English and Spanish
