Interactive Banner Animation

I'm looking for someone with solid front end dev skills to code up an interactive banner for an agency website. We're hoping that the animations can be achieved with CSS/HTML and JS. There will likely be a focus on keeping the tone, smoothness and speed subtle and intuitive as the user hovers over each section and the state change trigger. We have illustrated the elements in Illustrator and imported into Sketch and mocked up an Invision prototype to mimic the animation sequence roughly. The website is built in Wordpress. The concept circles around a firefly which would glow brighter [login to view URL] on the firefly could also intermittently flutter a little with a simple scale/skew of the graphics (wing and wing cover on each side)In the background we're thinking the pink elipses that mimic distant fireflies would move around organically and fade up and down in opacity. By default a 50/50 split of the smart and creative sides would be presented to userWhen a user hover over the left side, the mask smoothly reveals more of that image in the splitscreen the Smart text goes to full opacity and a sentence and call to action button would [login to view URL] versa would occur when the user hovers over the right hand side of the split with the 'Smart' text fading back to 15% opacity, sentence and CTA fading out and the mask revealing more of that side.
