Craigslist Posting needed (For Sale / Health&beauty section)

I am needing someone to post ads accross all the main cities in the USA in the Health / Beauty section of FOR SALE on craigslist. I am not very familiar with craigslist, but I am pretty sure this requires Phone Verified accounts. My main concern is that the ads are posted and stay posted. This is to advertise a legitimate product I have for sale and would like all the main cities on craigslist to see it. I will provide the ad text or image/html if that is preferred. This could turn into a very long term relationship... and I would like to get started right away!
