Lua Script for MPV Player

We are looking for a development of a LUA script for MPV video player. The script needs to make a pettition to an url web using luasec and luasoket libraries (require "[login to view URL]") form luarocks, and retrieve a value from windows registry (regedit) when MPV is started. Libraries need to be in the same path as MPV. The libraries (luasec, luasocket, etc) have to be previously compiled and all the necessary libraries (dll) must be included in the root path of the mpv player. You do not have to access external libraries or third-party applications previously installed on the system. (The mpv application and the lua script must be a portable application) The lua script should work for both 32 and 64 bit mpv player.
