Velera Agency is building a bench of executive level remote account administration professionals who are independent contractors. Our agents are top of their class: precise, professional, discrete, and responsive. They can think on their feet and solve problems, find solutions, be resourceful, and achieve outcomes for our clients. Our agents must be able to design and document standard procedures (simple to complex) for others to use, and be willing to cross train to support multiple clients in multiple industries. Our clients are in the finance, accounting, investment, and insurance industries. We provide dedicated or block-of-hours agents for remote back-office management, due diligence documentation, financial account administration, client correspondence, lead generation, appointment scheduling and confirmation, marketing, bookkeeping, project management support, and any other work that allows our clients to stay client-focused.
