I'm a 30-something female with several years in the PSO industry. I previously worked for a company that employed women like me to take calls, but when I moved into management I realized just how much advantage some companies take of women who genuinely want to work. I decided to start my own company, comprised completely of women, to empower women to work in this highly lucrative industry and teach them the tools they need to succeed on their own. I'm looking for women over the age of 18 (with proof) who have perhaps entertained the idea of getting into the adult industry but don't know where to start, or even never thought of it before but have a vivid imagination and like to talk to new people.
