Unblock Amazon SES account

Hi, i dont think anybody can help in this case.. the SES is blocked when you send mails to non reachable emails and gets bounced.. what you need is a solution to fix this from happening.. you need to implement some kind of solution to check the authenticity of email and send the emails only if its valid and will not be bounced.. i have been working with one of the client on the same requirement.. let me know if i can help you.. Pls keep in mind even if you get the SES account back now u need to implement this solution to prevent it from happening in future

Hi, I have worked upon similar issues in the past. The bounce can be due to three main reasons: 1. Hard Bounce(Your email marketing may be sending email to account that no longer exists). 2. Spam Complaint Bounce(The responders might be marking the content as a spam. I think presently, your lamda service is not considering any feedback loops and it simply sends email). 3. Throttling We need to identify the root cause first and then implement the fix to control the SES bounce rate. I will be starting with analysing all the messageId from the SNS logs, identifying the one that were bounced and finding the reason for the boune which will take a couple of days and 1 additional days to fix it. Hi SES bounce issue I’ll happen only if any suppressed email identity evolved, I have a solution for ya so we can check what are those bounce emails and get that removed. Once bounce rate reduced your SES I’ll be back. Let me know.
