Cloud Remedy Finder

Website that allows to upload an EXEL workbook (see attached example) into a cloud database - no need to have the possibility to browse or edit the database at this stage of the project. 1. Ability to select one or several rows of an uploaded EXCEL sheet 2. When user clicks a FIND button the system assigns a random number between 0 and 100 to all of the selected cells 3. extracts pairs of cells sorted by the difference of their assigned value in ascending or descending order. 4. Displays the remedy-pairs in the way shown on the attachment 5. Ability to move through this list of remedy-pairs by swiping right or left on this display page This is only a simple first test project - that shows how well we communicate and now elegant and creative you can solve the job. I will award this project to 2 or 3 freelancers so I can compare results. The one I feel to match the best will have work for a few month to complete this into an extensive cloud based version of what I have been doing for the last decade as Microsoft based therapy application and that I now want to move to the cloud to make it more easily accessible.
