CAD art needed

I am in need of 2 house plans to be converted into cad artwork. The final file format needed would either be PNG or Photoshop PSD. I have attached the scanned images that I am needing converted to CAD. Black and white with greyscale would be good, or if any color (subtle) could be added that would be great as well. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform CAD to PSD or PNG format
