Hi. IE uses windows certificate store, chrome, firefox have their root certs store. To understand what is going on you should check site in different browsers. Second the proxy can implement man in the middle attack and this is can be reason why it says you that. Third you can get certificate from mozilla browser and check whether it is valid.
