Send command from a WFP local program to ASP.NET Web Application on remote web server

I have a local WPF program written in VisualBasic (.NET Framwork 4.7) that must be able to activate 2 functions on a remote webserver running an ASP.NET Web Application written also in VisualBasic (.NET Framwork 4.7). Actually the 2 functions are activated on the server by buttons on web pages of the ASP.NET Web Application; these web pages are accessible only after the user has logged on the protected area of the server. I would be able to call these 2 functions by the WPF program running on local PC passing also the credentials needed to access the protected section of the web server. The 2 functions already available on the web server are declared as: 1) Function InsertService(ServiceType as Integer, ExpireDate as Date, Online as Boolean) as Integer. This Function create a new service on web server based on the passed parameters and returns an integer that is the Id of the inserted service. This Id has to be received by the local WPF program calling the remote funcion because is to be used in following processing steps. 2) Function UnzipArchive(ZipArchiveUrl as String) as Boolean. This Function starts on the web server the unzip process of the passed ZipArchiveUrl and return "true" if the zip file pointed by the ZipArchiveUrl exists on the server. I need the source code in VBNET of the client and server sw developed and, if needed, specific instructions about configuration of local WPF and remote ASP.NET Web Application.
