flash design for counting number

I want make a display for counting number. I will run the program at ubuntu linux. If a signal is inputted (like space bar push), number shoud be added. when computer is turned off, the last number counted should be saved and when computer is turned on, the number should start from the number saved. I am gonna give you the background image and Logo. If you know about how to run the program that will be made, at raspberry PI 3b+ It would be better. when computer is turned on, the software should start directly.
