Custom (Lightweight) Toolbar ActiveX

I have a VB6 application that uses a relatively streamlined Toolbar ActiveX control. Unfortunately, streamlined also means "missing some features". I am trying to prolong the life of my growing app until next year (when I port over to .NET and C#) which means I have to eliminate any unnecessary bloat or complicated (inter-dependent) libraries for distribution. Microsoft's COMCTL32 is one library that I am now very close to saying "good bye" to "forever!!". Right now, I need your help to get the functionality I am after with as small a footprint as possible. _BUTTON EVENTS/PROPERTIES _ - OnClick - OnMouseMove (x, y) - OnMouseDown - OnMouseUp - Click - Enabled - Visible (must be able to hide at run-time too!) _TOOLBAR PROPERTIES/METHODS_ - Align (toolbar) - ButtonSpacing - BackgroundColor - AddRemoveButtons (includes at run-time!!!!) _BUTTON PROPERTIES_ - PictureSize (16x16, 32x32 or custom) - PictureEnabled (buttons) - PictureDisabled (buttons) !!! - PictureMouseOver (buttons) !!!!! - Key (buttons) - Caption (buttons) - Enabled - Separator (vertical line) - Font - CaptionLocation (Right or "Bottom") **_IMPORTANT_** - Pictures must support transparency in image files (.GIF) - A border for buttons is NOT required. This should work like a web app almost - **NO DEPENDENCY LIBRARIES unless coder can make a good argument why** **_TIP TO CODERS _**I do accept new-to-RAC coders, however, you better have something in your profile that tells me why I should hire you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
