A database program that will lets personnel view grants data and track fiscal and programmatic progress of each award at their desktop. The program will link grants, fiscal, human resources and purchasing units to ensure timely reporting of expenses and evaluation of program activities and objectives.
The database must allow for different levels of access based on positions and for up-to-date reporting. Information integrity and security are top priorities to ensure the accuracy of evaluations.
Candidates must have extensive experience developing databases (.NET, Visual Basic, C++). Also, experience using and incorporating Crystal Reports as the Reporting feature is a plus. Organization prefers individuals who have experience developing databases for government grants management (can either be on the state or city level). This project will be the reverse, on a nonprofit level, but for an organization that receives several city, state and federal and international grants.
